Island Park Estates is a planned community that will consist of beachfront homes and townhomes located on Mustang Island in Corpus Christi, Texas. Our beachfront is adjacent to Mustang Island State Park, a protected state park. Fishing jetties are accessible by golf cart just over a private boardwalk.
This beachfront community is less than 10 minutes from the new Schlitterbahn water theme park opening in summer of 2014 and 15 minutes from both Port Aransas from major shopping in Corpus Christi, less than 30 minutes from the Corpus Christi International Airport. All owners have access to Island Moorings Yacht Club and Marina and its boat slips, boat launch, pool and restaurant, located 10 minutes from the island in Port Aransas.
