Gabi Hilpold is a Corpus Christi developer and the chairperson of the Island Strategic Action Committee, which is helping to formulate a $500-million resort master plan for the Upper Padre Island area of Corpus Christi. Hilpold is an Austrian native and led the European Union campaign and bureau for the state of Tirol. She was appointed by the governor of Tirol to head the state’s Department of Economic Development.
She relocated to Upper Padre Island on the Texas Gulf Coast and now owns and operates Consulting Services USA Inc, an international consulting and brokerage company licensed in Texas for more than 15 years. She maintains real estate investments in Corpus Christi, Padre Island, Rockport and San Antonio, and performs residential and commercial real estate sales, property management and project management.
She serves as a board member of the Nueces County Management Advisory Committee, a board member of the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitor’s Bureau’s marketing committee, and a member of the Erosion Response Plan working group.
